Paid a deposit on a lovely Orange edition Toyota CHR then 6 days later paid the full amount, I hadn't even viewed the car but trusted the photos and the details of the car online. Made my nervous experience of buying a used car so much easier, the lads were great and Chris met me at the railway station and took me through the car from top to bottom. Recommended

Purchased a Ford Focus Active X Estate from Chris Marsh at F.Cross & Sons in June 2025. Car was presented very well and was nice to deal with a salesman who was not only pleasant but very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. After the purchase the car did have issues, as any 2nd hand car could develop, but I couldn't fault how Chris & his colleagues dealt with resolving the problems. Not like most dealers who would try and wriggle out of assistance once they have been paid.
Would recommend F.Cross as a very honest dealership and the way they dealt with the issues and the after sales care I wouldn't hesitate in going back in the future. Thank you!!
